	What is the fees structure?
	Though our school provides a good and attractive atmosphere to the children but we maintain our fees structure which is reasonable and affordable for middle class families.

	What is teacher to student ratio of the school?
	The teachers are extremely caring and loving to every child. They are also attentive towards each and every child’s movements and ratio of teacher to student is 1:10.

	What ages do you serve?
	Our preschool begins at the age of 2 years and goes upto 5 years.

	What are the timings of the school?
	We serve two shifts. Both shifts have a duration of three hours. The morning shift timing is from 8 A.M. -11 A.M and the day shift timing is from 11 A.M -2P.M.

	Do the parents allow choosing the shift?
	Yes, priority is given to parent’s preference but it also depends upon availability of seats in each shift.

	6. Who can pick up my child from school?
	If you send someone a new person to pick your child from school, it is mandatory to send the school ID card with that person.

	What if I am late to pick up my child?
	It is suggested to inform the authority by phone in advance if you are late to pick up your child.

	What should I do if my child cries when I leave?
	Most children calm down in the first five minutes after their parent leaves. If you want to have a report from us, you can us after sometime of your leaving the school. We will be glad to report on your child’s behavior for the first few days.

	Will preschool help my child be ready for high school?
	Yes, preschool helps a child to learn how to be communicative. It develops a child mentally and socially. Thus a child gets prepared to transition to high school.

	Does your school provide any information about the details of high school admission?
	Yes, every year we provide the details (including dates and age limit) of admission procedure for most of the reputed schools in and around KOLKATA.
